Production Progress - 9th February

Today the braces/suspenders had arrived and seeing as Jon wasn't in due to illness, Ashley and I decided to crack on with our side of the ancillary task, the digipak. When trying on the braces, our chosen model for the braces broke them, but thankfully we bought a second pair for such an incidence. After this event I was elected to model the braces. The images we took were located by Fanshawe Swimming Pool where a wall with slight hints of graffiti can be found. We found this as a perfect location as its not to attention seeking but fits the background idea.

The images needed were of me facing the camera, face on for the front cover, and one of me with my back to the camera facing the wall for the back cover where the song names will be listed.

Instead of leaving the inside of the digipak empty, we decided on capturing an image which helps represent our character on the cover. Thanks to the recent winter weather, a local field had been covered in snow where we placed a cigar on the ground, seen in the characters mouth on the front cover. The cigar was placed at a certain angle so song lyrics can be applied next to the image on the digipak.
